Deborah Lippmann - Some Enchanted Evening

I kind of expected, sort of really wanted, for Deborah Lippmann's Some Enchanted Evening to be an opaque, densely glitter packed pink, almost foil-esque polish. While I was slightly let down, there's still fun to be had with Some Enchanted Evening.

Some Enchanted Evening is a clear base with rosy, silvery salmon pink glitter (both dotted and hexagonal). On its own it can add subtle feminine sparkle and shine to bare nails, but it seems better suited to layer on top of other polishes. While I was lazy and only bothered layering it on top of Rescue Beauty Lounge's Plie (middle and pinky fingers in the swatch photo), I'd like to try it over a soft white, or even a darker color.
